Kelly P. Stevens, SRA

Overview

Mr. Stevens is the current vice-president and chief financial officer of Real Property Analysts.  He holds a certified general appraiser's license in the State of California, and brings to RPA an extensive knowledge of local residential neighborhoods, market segments and development trends.  Kelly has been committed to educational efforts in the Central Valley.  Over the past eight years he has worked closely with local real estate professionals to develop educational programs that identify important topics and trends affecting real property values.
